At Petticoat Junction Bed & Breakfast, our accommodations provide you with the utmost in comfort and relaxation. Unwind in the homey atmosphere of our beautifully-renovated 1870's farmhouse, furnished with antiques, vintage linens and a blend of country and Victorian decor. Meet new friends or cherish quiet times with someone special. Treat yourself to a morning cup of coffee in one of our verandahs. During your visit you can smell the fragrant herb garden and listen to the birds sing.

Best of all, you can awaken to the mouthwatering aroma of fresh-perked coffee and a hearty Southern-style breakfast.

Arrivals & Departures
Rooms are ready for your arrival by 3:00 p.m. daily, while check-out time is 12 noon. Special arrangements may be made for either early or late arrivals.

Accommodations
 Well-mannered children are welcome. Because we have a resident cat, pets are not permitted. For the comfort of others, smoking is not allowed in the home.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the room charge.

Payment
We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. In the unfortunate event that you must cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation to receive a refund.

Not everything at Petticoat Junction is old-fashioned. The old outhouse still stands, but is now used as a garden shed. You will still find a working hand-operated well pump, but you won't have to travel outside to get a cool drink. Instead, you will have the pleasure of modern bathrooms with dramatic accents and luxurious linens. Soak away aches and cares in a deep, old-fashioned clawfoot tub or in a modern whirlpool brimming with bubbles - or you may choose a shower if preferred.
